Last night's CDG LEADERSHIP ACADEMY session at Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar was absolutely 'off the charts!'

A picture perfect afternoon to run a CDG Team-Building workshop...outdoors! Thank you Dr's. Tony & Gina Agostino-Manes of Complete Chiropractic Health in Cranberry, for giving me the opportunity to work with your amazing team.

It's funny how "Team-Building" events work...you go in with the goal of helping others develop deeper connections with co-workers & teammates, but you're the one leaving fulfilled and feeling like a member of the team!

What an awesome day! I had the honor of coaching the incredibly talented team from Laurel Real Estate Services in a two hour team-building break-out session filled with laughter, encouragement, trust, and collaborative spirit.

I'm proud to have been given the opportunity to share meaningful time with this special, special group of passionately caring people who strive everyday to bring out the best in each other and the children in their care.

I'm excited about the opportunity to work with Allegheny Health Network Chill Project (AHN Chill Room), and Stop The Judgement Project.

I'm still hyped from today's breakout team-building session with the amazing professionals of the Allegheny Health Network Pathology Dept. as part of "Lab Week" 2023.

So much more than "team-building": we shared stories, experiences, and even our challenges with one another to make deeper connections and develop sincere co-worker appreciation.
