The CDG Leadership Academy: Session #3

Last night's CDG LEADERSHIP ACADEMY session at Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar was absolutely 'off the charts!'

Thank you to the entire team at Cleveland Brothers for putting together such a world class experience. Last night we learned about the heavy construction equipment industry and focused on the importance of Teamwork, Collaboration, Safety & Accountability.

Our students then had the opportunity to rotate through three stations:

1. Facility Tour

2. Heavy Construction Machinery Experience

3. Team Circuit Board Challenge

The thoughtfulness of the Cleveland Bros team gifting each student with a CAT "swag bag:" which included a helmet, safety goggles, flashlight, neon construction vest, & lunchbox was so greatly received and appreciated!!
