6 week semesters for students in grades 6-10th

On-location leadership training:

• New job site & experience every week!

• Hands-On, High Energy, Interactive Experiences (“field trips”, panel discussions & more)

• Real-world ‘on the job’ exposure to a wide variety of leaders & professionals in our community

• Packed full of activity, fun & games!

Student-led service project:

• Lead, Develop, & implement a community impact project

• Put what they’ve learned into practice

The CDG Youth Leadership Academy is committed to making leadership development accessible to all students. Scholarships are available for students with financial need and strong interest in the program.
